In New York, you can install 1 charger per pocking spot. In New Jersey they allow 3-4 per parking structure. Each State has its own rules and requirements.

We always start with a site visit to determine the amount of EV chargers that can be installed & the best route to run new electric lines. From there it typically will take 2-3 Weeks to start. Pending ownership or board approval.
